 > Follow the following steps to find out if anyone is following the conversation on your Phone.  This method applies to smart phones (Smart phones and common ones)


 > Start by dialing * # 61 # and then clicking on the dial mark if it results in "FORWARDED" then know if someone is tracking the text messages / messages you are sending


 > And if it shows the word "NOT FORWARDED" then note that you are safe in the conversations and messages you send through your phone


 > To remove or prevent someone from continuing to track your conversation dial ## 21 # and you will exit
